????

So busy! Where did this come from? I'll be lucky if I make it on the computer again today. And then Eli...Sparky...he's a spitfire I tell you! He's off his rocker of sorts lately...

I hope to be on tomorrow...maybe. We are in the town parade tomorrow and that should be fun, then off to a friends house for a bbq and just some good old visiting with people.

Ok Eli is being a major pain...he might be duct tape to the wall here in a bit. KIDDING!

Lions, Tigers, and Bears...

For Father's Day we were in Ohio, so we decided to take Frank to the zoo. It's always what he's wanted to do...actually he said it wasn't too bad. I actually loved it cause we actually got to do what we all wanted for Frank, not the normal of going to his parents house and BBQ'ing. Kinda gets old. Anyway, while at the zoo they had a dinosaur exhibit. My kids couldn't hardly stand it. You'd think we'd never seen dinosaurs or something.

So here is Frank, Dru, and Ian in front of T-Rex. Ian was so funny and this is one of my favorite pictures of him right now. I think he had the most fun out of all the kids this time around.I got the boys to sit still and take a picture.Frank and the boys on some kind of Dino that is in water or something.Ian was so funny on this trip to the zoo. He really took the helm and navigated us thru the zoo and plotted out what we would see and how to get to it. So he and his dad stopped to recalculate and get their bearings. I really like this picture of the two of them.So here are me and 3 of the boys. This was 3 1/2 hours into having Eli in the sling while at the zoo. Looking at this picture makes my neck hurt. Anyway, I liked the camels that are behind us, I don't think I've seen a camel for a long time...maybe at our local zoo I'm not sure. And cause I like frogs here are the obligatory pictures of ones I thought were neat...well really the only ones I managed to get. This is an Albino frog...was crazy looking...all white except for it's arms and legs. This is a Madagascar Tomato Frog...the name cracked me up and they just looked cool.
All the little things on the green leaves are Milk Frogs...they were just really cool looking. And then of course here is Dru on top of a frog...
We had a lot of fun at the zoo but after 4 hours of having Eli in the sling I was D-O-N-E! My neck and back hurt so much! That kid weighs a ton I'm not kidding! I had to go to the chiropractor when we got back home...you should have heard my back pop! I'm finally feeling like my back might make it.

Random

So here are some more photos from our trip but in no particular order. So enjoy

The boys trying to sign to me that they love me...Ian and Lee have it, but Dru can't get that stubborn finger to stay down..lol It was cute! This is a family photo we took...mostly Ervins with the hubby's in it...and the kids...there are some new ones since the last one... We went to check out Lake Erie and saw this animal...we had no idea what it was and had to ask. We were first told it was a big rat...this was by a hospital..ICK!! Don't worry it turns out it was a male ground hog...they are kinda ugly.

Frank and the boys by Lake Erie.
And then me and the boys by Lake Erie.
My Aunts Kelly and Dee and the back of my Uncles head. Told you they were random pictures...

The Dance

So here begins the dance...I really like this picture. Very sweet. They danced to a Brian Adams song...I believe it was called Heaven. They were kissing cause several people tapped their glasses...which they did a lot of that night. Finally the DJ made people work for those kisses. If you wanted the bride and groom to kiss you had to sing a song...only a few people did that. It was funny Eyes only for each other.

He is so happy.

Here is the bridal party...3 of them are her sisters...(I know it sounds silly but I'm not using their names cause I haven't asked them if I could).

And here is my cousin, pretty sure she was on cloud nine at that moment.

The Party

So now the party really starts! The wedding is done and now we really get our groove on. OK well maybe not me but my boys sure did! Ian is quite the little dancer, I had no idea! Lee wasn't so much into it but when he did bust a move, he was doing the robot. Where he learned to do that I have no idea. But each to their own. That boy really does walk to a different drum!

The place where the reception was at was WONDERFUL! And here's why...they had a high chair available to use! Can you believe that! Anyway, they are on the top of my list for customer service. Here's Frank...a toast to the bride and groom...or maybe it's whew it's hot here in Ohio and I need a cold and refreshing brew...

Here's my little budding photographer...he was so funny walking around the party taking pictures of people and things. Cracked us up.

He is so dog gone cute!!
There's my dancer out there bustin a move with his Great Aunt! He wasn't all that keen on being out there but he was a good sport about it.

Ian and Lee doing their kind of dancing...it's definitely an alternative kind of dancing that's for sure. Pretty sure we all caught Ian out there doing some break dancing, where he learned that I don't know either. We also caught him taking up the whole dance floor up at those moments and many times I had to tell him to get up OFF the floor and make room for other people. Silly boy!

Here they continue to dance the night away!

Last but not least, here is Dru shaking what his momma gave him! SHAKE THAT BOOTY BABY!

I had many dance partners that night and spent quite a while on the dance floor. Frank even danced with me...for a wee bit. He kept using Eli as an excuse to not dance even though he had MANY offers to hold the baby while he danced with me...sadly he kept declining the offers. Guess I'll have to wait until the next wedding to dance with him...not really...sometimes he slow dances with unexpectedly and sweeps me off my feet. What a feller!

Getting Ready

So one of the reasons we wen to Ohio was for a cousin's wedding. These are the pictures up until the reception.

This is me and the boys in the hotel before the wedding. I tried to make us all match...why I don't know but in case we needed to get pictures taken, we'd all match. Sides, sometimes I like us to look like we are together and all. And as you can see, it's next to impossible to get everyone to look at the camera so I take what I can get. This is where the bride and groom said their vows. I don't have pictures of them doing this, because of course my children wouldn't' be quiet and mostly Eli wouldn't let his daddy hold him...sigh. OH well. Here is the bride being walked down the aisle by her fathers. She was a beautiful bride and her dress was gorgeous!!This is the bride and groom being introduced at the start of the reception. They look so happy! Here is our table, we got a whole table all to ourselves...which I thought was funny, we now take a whole table to fill...when did that happen?

I have more on the wedding I just wanted to do this in different sections cause I have so many pictures...it just makes it easier for me. And yes it's about me...of course!

Music That Moves You

I don't know about you guys, but there are times in my life that are defined by music. The summer after I graduated High school was Tom...
