A Dip

So, every winter I get dry skin really bad.  It hasn't been this bad in a few years but it's been bad.  This year I swear I can't catch a break it seems. Just when I think I get it under control it goes south! (These are not my hands by the way)

 These are pretty much what my elbows look like!  Sigh...

 Therefore, I would like to be dipped in a vat or a tub of Vaseline or lotion, I'm sure it will cure my problem...I'm sure of it!

Don't you think it would work?  It's worth a shot.
